Windows Service Checks

Windows services can crash for any reason.  With 24/7 monitoring, ITworks is notified within minutes of a problem, allowing us to react faster.  Because we are notified directly by the device with the issue, we know exactly what is wrong, and how to fix it.  Many times we will catch these issues before your team even notices.  This provides more uptime, and less frustration for you and your team.

Disk Space Checks

Typically, endusers like yourself don’t pay attention to how much free space is available on your computers or servers, you just save files and continue working throughout the day.  But what happens when your hard drive gets too full?  Your computer starts running much more slowly, you can no longer save files, and applications start to operate differently and present you with coded error messages that tell you nothing of what the problem is.

Windows Event Log Checks

We’re not only monitoring your services and the basic components of your computer system, we monitor the Windows event logs to make sure your computer isn’t throwing up any other types of red flags.  Application crashes, hard drive corruption errors, or not having enough available network ports open are problems you may have never noticed without manually checking your event logs – and what average user knows to do that?
